Turfing, Decking and Landscaping Project
This project was a comprehensive garden transformation aimed at enhancing both the front and backyard areas of a residential property. Our goal was to create inviting, low-maintenance spaces that seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings while adding vibrant greenery and seasonal color.

Our Process
Backyard Design & Planning
We began by assessing the backyard layout, soil quality, and sunlight exposure to create a design that balances structure and visual appeal. The plan focused on establishing a layered look with foundational shrubs, flowering perennials, and decorative grasses to add texture and color throughout the seasons.

Preparation & Soil Enhancement
Next, we prepared the soil by adding nutrient-rich compost, improving drainage, and reshaping garden beds. This step laid the groundwork for healthy plant growth and allowed us to define the planting areas with clear borders, creating a tidy, structured foundation.
Planting & Arrangement
With a selection of climate-appropriate shrubs, perennials, and ground cover, we planted according to light and growth requirements. The front garden was lined with boxwood for a clean, manicured look, while the backyard design featured more variety, including flowering hydrangeas, low-maintenance grasses, and hardy flowering plants to add a vibrant mix of colors and textures.
Mulching & Finishing Touches
To help retain moisture, suppress weeds, and complete the look, we added a layer of black mulch across both garden beds. For the finishing touches, we integrated stepping stones and subtle landscape lighting to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
